Where Businesses Get Stuck
Which of these sounds like your business right now?
Founder Dependency
“Everything seems to run through me.”
The business can't grow beyond the founder's capacity because decisions, answers, and processes still live in one person's head.
Sales & Growth
“We win a job and the selling stops.”
Delivery takes over, follow-up becomes inconsistent, and the pipeline dries up before anyone notices.
Meetings & Accountability
“We talk about the same problems every week.”
Decisions and next steps aren't captured clearly, so the team repeats conversations instead of moving work forward.
Proposals & Estimates
“Every proposal takes longer than it should.”
Slow, manual estimating delays the sale and gives competitors more time to win the work.
Customer Communication
“Customers reach out and we get back to them… usually.”
Requests arrive through too many channels, ownership is unclear, and customers have to follow up for answers.
Cash Flow
“We're constantly chasing invoices and overdue payments.”
Invoices go out late, collections are inconsistent, and leaders manage cash by anxiety instead of current information.
Hiring, Onboarding & Retention
“Who has six months to hire and train someone?”
Hiring and onboarding are so time-consuming that leaders keep doing the work themselves — making the problem worse.
Visibility & Reporting
“I don't know what's happening until it's a problem.”
The data exists, but assembling and trusting it takes so long that the window to course-correct has already closed.
Projects & Deadlines
“I'm always checking status and chasing updates.”
Project status lives in people's heads, risks surface late, and leaders spend too much time asking where things stand.
Every engagement is designed to empower your company — and your people — to run without us.
Background
Twenty-five years in the founder's seat
I've built a company from nothing, sold it, and spent five years running the finance and operations side of a larger one afterward. I know what it's like to juggle competing priorities and feel like the business is running you instead of the other way around — because I've been there. I work with you as a peer who's done it, not a consultant who's studied it.
Approach
Where I can help
Every business's real constraint is different. Sometimes it's the financial picture — reporting, cash flow, pricing, forecasting. Sometimes it's a stalled marketing effort, a key hire you can't get to, or an operation that's outgrown its own systems. I start by understanding what's actually going on, then bring the right help to bear — myself, or the right resource if that's a better fit.
If financial clarity is the first thing you need, that's also where I most often start — clean reporting, real forecasts, and a clear read on what's actually profitable.
